Step 1: Your Visit

Your First Visit with the Child:

Registration
Register and obtain a unique identification number and hospital record file. Bring previous medical records if available.

Consultation
A doctor will review your childs health history, ask questions, and conduct a physical exam if necessary

Diagnosis
Diagnostic tests may be ordered to provide a comprehensive understanding of your condition.

Treatment Plan
Based on the diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan will be developed.

Step 2: Admission Guidelines

Room Reservations and Emergency Admissions:
Reservations: Contact the Admission Counter to reserve a room.
Emergencies: Emergency cases will be admitted directly to the Emergency Unit.
Attendants: Patients are allowed one attendant. Adult patients in Suite rooms and children under 2 may have two.

Room Charges and Waiting Periods:
Room Charges: Charges may apply for attendants staying in ICU rooms.
Room Allocation: Rooms are assigned based on availability and patient preference. Waiting periods or differential pricing may apply.

Payments and Insurance:
Payments: Payments for packages are due at admission.
Insurance : Credit facilities require authorization and a credit letter.
